PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for human correction labor and time and to perform the correction accurately for a hot-water supply temperature. SOLUTION: A combustion-controlling device 1 for optimally controlling hot-water supply temperature is provided with automatic correction command means 1 and 2 for commanding the execution of an automatic correction mode, a valve travel command means 1 for outputting a specific valve travel to a fuel control valve 13 by receiving a command from the automatic correction command means, a predicted temperature operation means 1 for calculating a predicted water supply temperature based on combustion under the valve travel, a valve travel correction means 1 for correcting the valve travel when an actual water supply temperature t1 becomes an allowable range or higher for the predicted water supply temperature, and a valve travel storage means 1 for storing the amount of correction of the valve travel when the actual water supply temperature t1 becomes an allowable range or less for the predicted hot-water supply temperature. In a normal combustion mode, the fuel control valve 13 is controlled to the valve travel that is determined by referring to the amount of correction of the valve travel being stored by the valve travel storage means 1.
