PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe for spectrophotometry that can accurately and easily measure both of the spectral transmissivity and reflectivity of colored liquid. SOLUTION: A probe 10 for spectrophotometry is provided with a probe body 12, a movable part 14 that is connected to it so that it can approach and depart, a drive mechanism for allowing both of them to approach or depart each other, a transparent plate 32 that is supported by the probe body 12, and a transparent plate 30 that is supported by the movable part 14. The transparent plate 32 is provided with a plurality of projections 34 that face the transparent plate 30. They are at the same height and function as a spacer for forming space with uniform thickness between both of them when the two transparent plates 30 and 32 are brought closer. A transmission measurement light emission part 46 for emitting light for measuring spectral transmissivity is arranged at the lower portion of the transparent plate 30, and a reflection measurement light emission part 66 for emitting light for measuring spectral reflectivity and a light reception part 52 of a spectrophotometer 56 are arranged at the upper portion of the transparent plate 32.
