PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly perform qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis from a small amount of a sample by subjecting an electromagnetic induction heat generation metal body in a sample container to electromagnetic induction heating, by generating gas from the sample in the sample container, and by sending air to a detector. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic induction heat generation metal body 4 is provided at an outer-periphery part or the inside, and a sample is put to a sample container 1 made of a non-magnetic body with a lower end sealed. The sample container 1 is inserted into a gas generation container 2 made of the non-magnetic body, and is sealed up by a cock 3 with capillaries for introducing and detecting gas. A gas generation container 2 is heated to a specific temperature by high-frequency induction heating, and gas such as helium gas, nitrogen gas, and air corresponding to the use is controlled by a gas flow meter 9 and at the same time is introduced from the capillary for introducing the gas. In the outlet of the capillary for detecting the gas, a gas detector 8 for generation gas to be detected is installed, and gas concentration is measured.
