PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suck and hold an electronic part having an interference part above a suction face. SOLUTION: An overhand projecting part 18 is formed in a lower end part of a shaft part 17 of a suction nozzle 14. A head is lowered and stopped at a position where an electronic part 46 and the suction nozzle 14 are not overlapped when viewed from above and when the electronic part 46 is taken out, the head is moved horizontally so that the overhand projecting part 18 advances into a space part 55, and then the head is lowered to suck a suction face 54 so as to take out the part 46 using the suction nozzle 14. |
