<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake device which can automatically adjust a gap between a brake rotor and a brake pad, when brake operation is released, while suppressing a cost-up by simple constitution. SOLUTION: In this structure, a piston 9 relatively slid in a cylinder 10 relating thereto together with driving of a friction mechanism 5 is provided between a friction mechanism 4 and electric motor drive mechanism 5, an elastic angle ring 11 is interposed between slide opposed surfaces of the piston 9 and the cylinder 10, the elastic angle ring 11 is mounted in a condition mounting its internal peripheral side in an annular groove formed in an external peripheral surface of the piston 9 and bringing its external peripheral surface side into press contact at a prescribed pressure relating to an internal peripheral surface of the cylinder 10, so as to be elastically deformed by a fixed amount into a parallelogram in a slide direction by slide friction resistance at the press contact part.</p> |
