PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch mechanism for reducing racing loss by preventing an excessive amount of oil from flowing between a clutch plate and pressure plate. SOLUTION: A part of oil is passed through the supply hole 17 of a hub 2 and passed between a clutch plate 15 and a pressure plate 16 so as to cool and lubricate the clutch plate 15 and pressure plate 16. The other part of oil is passed through the bypass hole 20 of the hub 2 so as to be bypassed without passing between the clutch plate 15 and pressure plate 16. Therefore, an amount of oil passed between the clutch plate 15 and pressure plate 16 may not be excessively increased, and racing loss of this clutch mechanism caused by viscosity resistance and agitation resistance of oil to the clutch plate 15 and pressure plate 16 is reduced.
