PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembly work, and to automatically absorb an error of axial assembly dimension of a bearing, and besides to provide smooth action. SOLUTION: First and second bearings 16, 17 are loosely fitted in the bearing holes 38, 39 of a second crank arm, and end parts of first and second crank pins 10, 13 are pressure-fitted and fixed. Plate springs 52 are arranged on the front and rear surfaces of the second crank arm, and a center part is fixed by a bolt 62 and a nut 63 and pushed-pressed to the outer rings 54, 58 of the first and second bearings 16, 17 by both the end parts of the plate springs 52 so as to be held.
