PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening tool to constantly maintain a piled condition of two sheets of corrugated cardboard that are required to be used in a piled condition. SOLUTION: This fastening tool has a female fastening fitting 1 provided with an insertion projection part 10 inserted in a fixing hole H from one side of the two sheets of corrugated cardboards P, P and a press down plate part 11, and a male fastening fitting 2 provided with a bolt part 20 inserted in the fixing hole H from the other side of the corrugated cardboards P, P and a press-down plate part 29. A female thread hole 11a that the bolt part 20 of the male joint fixture 2 is screwed in is formed in the insertion projection part 10 of the female fastening fitting 1. The two sheets of corrugated cardboard P, P are brought into close contact with each other in a piled condition by the bolt part 20 screwed into the female thread hole 11a in the fixing hole H. Moreover, the bolt part 20 is provided with a washer like body 27 provided with rubber like elasticity fit in a fitting hole elastically expanded and a compression coil spring 28 put between the washer like body 27 and the press-down plate part 29 of the male fastening fitting 2.
