PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix a lightning conductor on a membrane roof without paying attention to flashing. SOLUTION: A belt-like mounting membrane 10 of the same material as that of an auxiliary membrane 8 is thermally melt-stuck to the membrane 8 and a clamping fixture 14 is fixed to the membrane 10 while the membrane 10 and fixture 14 are sandwiched between angle pieces 16 so that the pieces 16 may be fixed to the auxiliary membrane 8. Then lightning conductor 12 is attached to the fixture 14. Since the fixture 14 is fixed on the membrane 8 without making any through in hole the membrane 8, no countermeasure is required against flashing through the membrane 8. In addition, since the conductor 12 is pinched by the fixture 14 and the fixture 14 is fixed on the membrane 8, the conductor 12 can be supported in such a manner that the conductor 12 is not moved by strong winds, etc.
