PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a parking space by suspending a plurality of bicycle mounting bases from an annular supporting member so that they may form multilevel and equally spaced mounting bases and circulating like a Ferris wheel. SOLUTION: A pair of right and left guide frames 2 is erected parallel in a narrow installation space and an endless chain belt 3 is made to follow each of the guide frame 2. Subsequently, right and left supporting arms 4 forming nearly an inverted V are suspended from the endless chain 3 at an equal interval, and bicycle mounting bases 5 are connected to the right and left supporting arms 4. When putting in or out a bicycle Q, the bicycle mounting base 5 is circulated sequentially rearward in relation to the bicycle gate 1 side like a Ferris wheel and the prescribed bicycle mounting base 5 is stopped in alignment with the bicycle gate 1 for taking in and out the bicycle Q, thereby making effective use of land through the saving of a bicycle parking space and preventing a bicycle theft from occurring.
