PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress generation of dust with side brushes at the time of cleaning with a road garbage truck. SOLUTION: Right and left side brushes are grounded projecting to a working position to seep together dust, which sweeps up with a main brush to collect to a hopper with an elevating paddle. At this time, a dust generating level (a dusty state) with the side brushes changes somewhat depending on aridity of the dust of a road and an amount of the dust. This dust generating level is detected with a sensor 40 arranged on a dust generation region T to judge the dust generation level by three stages in a control unit 51 received the a detecting signal, which controls a first to a third relays R1 to R3 to control watering of a first to a fourth nozzles 22L, 25L, 28 and 32L according to somewhat of the generation of dust.
