PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate the chemical reaction of mixed chemicals in a prescribed pressure state in double pipe type grout injection and to reliably conduct flash setting grout injection, composite injection of flash setting grout and slow setting grout in turn or large-quantity continuous injection into the ground. SOLUTION: An expandable/shrinkable frame is provided for a taper type check valve 5' made of rubber from the tip of an inner pipe 4 to the tip of an outer pipe of a grout injection device 1, the inverted warp of the check valve 5' is prevented even when the grout pressure at the large depth of a lower chemical pressurizing/mixing chamber, and a diaphragm provided with a check valve via a spring 12 is arranged on the chemical pressurizing/mixing chamber to open or close the discharge port of an outer pipe 2. The inverted warp of the check valve 5' is prevented even when the feed pressure of a main agent at a large depth is large, the chemical reaction of chemicals in the chemical pressurizing/mixing chamber is reliably accelerated, and a created body in the ground can be constructed as designed via boring in a prescribed pressure state.
