PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery device for powder and grain easily suffered by bridging, and for a silo of great capacity made of fabrics. SOLUTION: A funnel-shaped bottom part 10 of a silo 1 made of fabrics and a lower side part 11 connected with its upper part are duplicated so as to be spaced as specified together with a permeable flexible cloth piece 6 and a non-permeable flexible cloth piece 7, positioned inner side and the outer side respectively, the plural number of air blow-in ports 3 are provided roughly for the circumferences of planes at each identical level of the silo made out of fabrics, and the respective air blow-in ports 3 are parted from one another so as to be positioned at equal intervals, and they are formed into each independent bag shape, so that they are formed out of each bottom part rocking unit 2, and of each side part rocking unit 2', comprised of plural independent duplex bags in such a way that compressed air is blown in a prescribed order out of the respective air blow-in ports 3 of the upper and lower rocking units 2 and 2'.
