PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotatable stand for sorting refuse bags, wherein generally used refuse bags and vinyl bags used in a supermarket shopping are used and openings of refuse collecting bags are hooked on mouth clips attached to a circumferential part of a rotary body of a stand, a mouth of the bag is closed by tightening the mouth clip, an arbitrary number of mouth clips can be attached, many refuse bags can be put side by side, the refuse can be stored into the bags while sorting them, and the mouth clips can be opened/closed by an opening/closing pedal for both foot and manual operations in common, and also the refuse can be stored at any place so as to be convenient and sanitary. SOLUTION: A hole hook stopper 4 as mouth clip is provided, and press stoppers 3 are disposed outside thereof. A body of rotation is pivotally mounted on a stand, and turning bodies for fitting are provided in upper and lower parts of the body of rotation, an arbitrary number of mouth clips are attached to the upper circumferential part, a lever for opening/closing is attached to the outside of an inward facing part of the mouth clip and is pivoted on the lower turning body 8 for fitting, a return spring is fitted, and an opening/closing pedal is provided in the root part.
