METHOD FOR ARRANGING SPACE OF GLASS PANEL AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING GLASS PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for arranging spacers of glass panels capable of stabilizing the positions of the spacers when producing the glass panels via the spacers and an apparatus for producing the glass panel. SOLUTION: This method for arranging the spacers of the glass panels consists in previously setting the moisture content of the front surface of first sheet glass G1 higher than the moisture content of the front surface of second sheet glass G2 and pressing and arranging a plurality of spacers S to the first sheet glass G1, then superposing the second sheet glass G2, when sandwiching the spacers S. The apparatus for producing the glass panels is provided with a moisture content setting device for setting the moisture content between the front surface of the first sheet glass G1 placed on a loading device 1 and the spacers S larger than the moisture content between the second sheet glass G2 and the spacers S.
