PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a grommet to be released from a vehicle body together with a wire harness when the wire harness is applied with a tensile force and is pulled out from a vehicle in the disassembling work of the vehicle. SOLUTION: A grommet main body has a slender connection portion 26 extending to the car room side through an opening from the gradually shrunk side wall 18a of a bowl-shaped vehicle body fitting portion 18, and the tip portion 26a of the slender connection portion 26 is bound to a wire harness 14 by a tape. When tensile force F is applied from the car room side and the wire harness 14 starts to be displaced to the car room side, the connection portion 26 is also displaced to the car room side as the wire harness 14 is displaced, and the side wall 18a of the grommet main body is locally pulled to the car room side and deformed interlockingly with it.
