PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently disintegrate a core with shifting of mass bodies by beforehand charging the mass bodies having sp. gr. higher than that of core sand into the inner part of the core and giving centrifugal force with impact or rotation to a work cast with the core. SOLUTION: In the inner part of the work 10, e.g. a cylinder head of an engine for vehicle, a hollow part 12 is formed with a core 20, having complicated and extremely slender shape. The core 20 is molded by mixing plural metallic particles 24 (iron beads, etc.), having globular shape as the mass bodies having sp. gr. higher than that of the core sand. In order to disintegrate the core 20 and discharge it from the hollow part 12, the work 10 is hit with a knockout device to give the impact or the work 10 is rotated with a suitable driving device to act the centrifugal force. In this way, the metallic particles 24 having high sp. gr. are shifted such as to vigorously jump in the inner part of the core 20, and the core 20 is efficiently disintegrated and discharged to the outside from each hole 14 in the work 10.
