PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide board surface component item capable of being attached and fixed to a mounting hole of a game board surface by means of an elastic arm, preventing the elastic arm from being broken in mounting, and being stably used for a long period. SOLUTION: In this board surface component A obtained by mounting an elastic arm 15 made of a synthetic resin, projecting toward a front side of the board surface component A, and locked on a predetermined position of a mounting hole 24, on a frame body 5 fitted in a mounting hole 24 of a game board B surface, a point of the elastic arm 15 butts at a receiving part 20 formed on the frame body 5 or a part of the frame body 5 to be restricted when the frame body 5 is fitted in the mounting hole 24 and deflected, so that it is not unnecessarily extended forward.
