PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a treatment, such as to store foods into a different refrigerator or to increase cooling capacity, by a method wherein the temperature of the foods is detected upon quick cooling and a temperature after a specified period of time is estimated based on the detected temperature, while an alarm is raised before the estimated temperature becomes the temperature not higher than the specified temperature. SOLUTION: A control device 12 for estimating temperature is constituted of a microcomputer 13, a temperature sensor 14 for detecting the core temperature of foods in a cooling chamber, a buzzer 15 for alarming, an alarming device 17 equipped with an indicator 16, a memory 19 for storing the detected temperature in a time series and the like. In a cooling chamber, a set temperature for cold insulation is preset under the consideration of the kind or the size of the food stuffs. Upon quick cooling, the temperature of the foods is measured several times by the temperature sensor 14 and the data are inputted into the computer 13, while the cooling temperature of the foods after a predetermined period of time is elapsed is estimated based on the data. When the estimated temperature is not lowered to a value lower than the set temperature at a predetermined time, the buzzer 15 is sounded and the contents of alarming are indicated on the indicator 16 of the alarming device 17. |
