PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely form a pattern of a high aspect ratio by filling a printing material in openings which penetrates a printing plate, forming the printing plate of a sheet-form magnetic body or paramagnetic body, when a printing is performed on a body to be printed with the printing material, and performing the printing while the printing plate is closely joined to the body to be printed by the magnetic force. SOLUTION: After positioning and mounting a printing plate 9 on the printing surface 14 of a body 13 to be printed, magnetic force is generated on an electromagnet 15b which is set on the opposite surface from the printing surface 14, and the printing plate 9 is closely joined to the printing surface 14, and an ultraviolet curing resin- containing printing material 16 is heaped on the printing plate 9. Then, the printing material 16 is filled in openings 8 provided on the printing plate 9 by a squeegee 17, and the printing material 16 flows in from the periphery of a reinforcing rib, and is filled in the lower section of the reinforcing rib as well. The electromagnet 15 is separated from the body 13 to be printed, and after the printing material 16 filled in the openings 8 is cured by irradiating ultraviolet rays, the printing plate 9 is separated from the body 13 to be printed, and a pattern 18 is formed on the surface of the body 13 to be printed, and the printing material 16 is totally cured by performing a heating treatment further.
