PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fuel pressurized higher than the pressure set to a pressure reducing valve from flowing to a combustor side even when the pressure reducing action of the pressure reducing valve deteriorates. SOLUTION: Since a pressure reducing valve 4 and an electromagnetic stop valve 5 are connected to a fuel supplying pipe 3 connecting an oil tank 1 to a combustor 2 provided at a lower position than the tank 1, with the valve 5 being on the downstream side of the valve 4, and a pressure sensor 18 which detects the pressure of fuel in the pipe 3 on the downstream side of the valve 4, such fuel that is pressurized higher than the pressure set to the valve 4 does not flow to the combustor 2 side even when the pressure reducing action of the valve 4 deteriorates, because the valve 5 is closed when the sensor 18 detects a pressure higher than the set pressure of the valve 4. In addition, a fuel shortage can be indicated by operating a displaying means when a pressure lower than the set pressure of the valve 4 by a fixed value or larger is detected.
