PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain reliable corrosion protective condition of a fastening place, by preventing a corrosion protective cap from dropping off without requiring much labor. SOLUTION: The base board 35 of a latch 34 is fixed by gluing in a head 24b of a bolt 24 fastening bridge boards 21 of a segment. A bolt side corrosion protective cap 31B is filled with a filling material 33 and covers the head 24b, a latching bar 36 is inserted into a latching bar inserting hole 32, the projecting latching bar 36 is bent so as to be latched. A nut side corrosion protective cap 31B is filled with the filling material 33 and covers a fastening nut 25 connected to the bolt 24, an external thread portion 24a is inserted into an external thread inserting hole 30, a holding nut 41a is screwed into the projecting external thread portion 24a so as to hold the nut side corrosion protective cap 31B. A supporting nut 41b attaching a supporting board 12 is screwed into the external thread portion 24a, and is fixed with the supporting board 12 supported by the holding nut 41a and the supporting nut 41b.
