PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the short period and cost reduction of a reform by enabling assembling between columns, and providing a panel body being flush with the wall face of a building and a sanitary instrument on the surface of the body. SOLUTION: An opening 24a is opened on the bottom part of the panel body 24c of a wall panel 24 to openably attach a cover member on a rear face. Next, a washbowl 25 and a hand washing faucet fitting 26 are fixed on the surface. Next, a wash mirror 23 is fixed upward of the faucet fitting 26, and an illumination device 27 is fixed thereon. In addition, a shower facet fitting 28 is fixed on the rear face. Successively, a trap 29, a feed water pipe 30, a water heating pipe 31 and an electric cord 32 are incorporated in the inside. The wall panel 24 is assembled between columns 2, 3. A shower booth 35 is easily provided thereby. Thus, since the wash bowl 25 or the like is integrally provided on the surface of the panel body 24c, appearance of the building after reforming can be made excellent.
