PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve drying efficiency by movably arranging a hand held drier having a blowoff port in a casing of a private part cleaning device of a toilet bowl. SOLUTION: A drier 4 is composed of a grip part 6 enclosing a fan and a heater and having a blowoff port 5 and a curl cord-like connecting cord 7 to be detachably connected to a easing 3 of a functional part of a private part cleaning device 1 to supply electric power. Next, a suspension part 10 is arranged on the grip 6, and is hung down by a hook 11 of the casing 3. At using time, the grip 6 is held, and hot air is delivered to a place wished to be dried from the blowoff port 5. Or the fan and the heater are arranged in the casing 3 so that hot air is blown off from the grip via a connecting hose. A housing space is arranged in the casing 3 to house the drier 4. At housing time, the drier 4 is fixed, and hot air from the blowoff port is introduced into a toilet bowl 2 through the blowoff port arranged in the casing to be used as a fixed drier to thereby dry the private parts in a short time as well as to reduce an energy loss.
