PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform work with ease, without applying a load to the arm by comprising an upper arm support part rotatably connected to a lower arm support part and a shoulder installation part rotatably or stationarily connected to the upper arm support part, and providing an energizing member for energizing the lower arm support part and the upper arm support part in the bending direction of the arm. SOLUTION: A lower arm support part 1 is connected to an upper arm support part 2 rotatably about a fulcrum 1a. The upper arm rotatably support part 2 is connected to a shoulder installation part 3 about a fulcrum 2a. The lower arm support part 1 is energized to be closer to the upper arm support part 2 in the bending direction of the arm, by a tensile spring 4 that is an energizing member having one end 4a fixed to the lower arm support part 1 and the other end 4b fixed to the upper arm support arm 2, so that it can partially bear the load when it is held by a person. A band member 5 is installed to the lower arm support part 1, so that the lower arm of the person and the lower arm support part 1 can move interlockingly without separation.
