PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow with an alarm means pleasing a user without disturbing by providing the alarm means in a prescribed position of a stuffed animal formed after an existing or imaginary animal. SOLUTION: A pillow 1 formed of a stuffed animal formed simulating dog consists of an outside material of cotton 2 and a foamed styrol 3 filled therein. Forefeet 5 and hind legs 6 are sewed to both longitudinal sides of a body part 4 in such a manner as to be longitudinally and vertically movable or reversible. Ear parts 8 sewed to a head part 7 are also longitudinally and vertically movable. An alarm means 10 is provided in the vicinity of the tip of one forefoot 5 so as to be visually confirmable when this forefoot 5 is reversed, and it is interlocked with a timer 11 so at to be actuated through the timer 11. The alarm means 10 is formed of a clock display part 12 and a voice generation part 13 so as to emit a voice in a set time. According to this, a pillow with good appearance and unexpectedness which can provide a sound sleep without incongruity in use can be provided.
