PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the deposition rate, corrosion resistance and dryness in the method for spraying a spraying refractory previously slurried by adding application water. SOLUTION: In the method for spraying a spraying refractory previously slurried by adding application water, a powder mixture contg. an alkali-powder accelerator and a refractory fine powder contg. 1-8 wt.%. Fe oxide is added to the spraying refractory in a nozzle 1. The alkali-powder accelerator should be >=1 kind of strongly alkaline powder selected from sodium aluminate, sodium silicate and potasium aluminate. |
