PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct temperature with a simple configuration without requiring a temperature sensor by using a voltage detection means for correcting the temperature of a deviation voltage based on the addition value of each transition response voltage from two reference resistors. SOLUTION: Detection coils 3A and 3B are symmetrically arranged at upper and lower parts in displacement directions X1 and X2 of a core 2. According to displacement, each of inductances L1 and L2 is differentially changed, and a reference resistor RF is connected to each one end of terminals S1 and S2 in series. Each of the other ends is commonly connected to a pulse power supply 4, and the other end of the reference resistor RF is grounded. The electrically equivalent circuits are bridge circuits 5. Transition response voltages VSI and VS2 are generated at the terminals S1 and S2, respectively, and the difference is calculated, thus obtaining a deviation voltage corresponding to the displacement of the core 2. According to the addition value of the transition response voltages VS1 and VS2 at arbitrary temperature when torque is not applied, a value where a reference addition value at reference temperature is subtracted is multiplied by a constant coefficient as a temperature correction value to correct the temperature.
|
