PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain tetrafluoroethylene-containing mixed powder having good anti-block properties. SOLUTION: A process for preparing polytetrafluoroethylene-containing mixed powder composed of (A) polytetrafluoroethylene particles having a particle diameter of not greater than 10μm and (B) organic polymer particles comprises mixing an aqueous dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene particles having a particle diameter of 0.05-1.0μm with an aqueous dispersion of organic polymer particles, (further subjecting a monomer having an ethylenically unsaturated bond), then coagulating 40-80 wt.% polymer in the resulting aqueous dispersion in the first coagulation step, and further thoroughly completing coagulation in the second coagulation step. |
