PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To only obtain communication control information of the calling, which requires analysis, from an opposite facsimile by allowing facsimile equipment on a callee side to transmit communication control information of the calling storing communication control information to equipment on a service center side. SOLUTION: At the time of receiving the DTMF signal of a remote maintenance instruction from the equipment on the side of the service center, a facsimile equipment detects a DTMF signal including the identification code of communication control information. A system control (SCU) 10 executes the transmission instruction of communication control information of a calling designated by the identification code to a microcomputer (CPU) 16. The SCU 10 outputs transmission control information for transmission to a modem (MDM) 2 with this. The CPU 16 successively reads data from a nonvolatile random access memory(RAM) 21 to output to a data holding circuit(DML) 20. Namely, stored data is converted to a picture signal and transmitted.
