PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line reception device for contents service that is available for a distributed contents service system where a line reception function and a contents service function are separated and assignment of a line and a contents service is flexibly revised. SOLUTION: An access control server 14 stores na access control table where telephone number is made correspond to a contents address. When a line reception device 18 receives an incoming call from a line connected to itself, the device 18 acquires an incoming telephone number from the line and acquires a contents address corresponding to the incoming telephone number from the access control table. Then the line reception device 18 acquires contents data from a service server 16 with the acquired contents address and reproduces and outputs the data to a transmitter side.
