PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make transfer efficiency from a 1st image carrier to an intermediate transfer body and transfer efficiency from the intermediate transfer body to a 2nd image carrier extremely high, to prevent the crack of the intermediate transfer body, peeling between layers and the change of characteristic even in the case of severe endurance use by repeated use of the intermediate transfer body and to maintain the same characteristic as an initial state. SOLUTION: As for the intermediate transfer body used in the image forming device where an image formed on the 1st image carrier is transferred to the intermediate transfer body and then it is transferred to the 2nd image carrier further; material for molding is welded and extruded to be at least two layers of cylindrical shape by an extruding machine, and at least one layer of the intermediate transfer body molded to be in desired shape dimension while gas is made to blow is a conductive hotmelt layer, and an extrusion molding ratio is 1.05 to 2.80. For example, in the case of laminating a lower surface energy layer incorporating fluorine and silicone in an upper layer and the layer other than it, the conductive hotmelt layer is constituted in the middle between them, so that the contact of the upper and the lower layers is made strong and softness is increased as a belt.
