PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the circumferential influence to perform a highly precise heating measurement by rotating a rotating support member having a glass solidified body placed thereon and detecting the opposite position of the glass solidified body. SOLUTION: A glass solidified body 2 to be inspected is vertically placed on a turn table 11 by a remotely controllable crane provided in an inspection chamber, and grasped and fixed by a holding claw 30 in the state where it is centered by rotating the handle 34 of a feed screw 33 by a manipulator. The opposite part of the glass solidified body 2 is detected by each of heat flow flux sensors 21 and radiation sensors 22 provided on a sensor column 20, and the detection information is processed by a heating value measuring instrument 41 or radiation measuring instrument 42 to simultaneously measure the heating value and radiation quantity.
