PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use previous RAM information continuously by storing the RAM information of an energization state at a storage part when shifting from the energization state to a standby state and recovering the RAM information being stored when shifting from the standby state to the energization state. SOLUTION: When a door is opened, a door switch is opened, and a commercial power supply is applied to a power supply transformer, thus feeding a drive power supply to a microcomputer at a control part for starting (S1) and immediately outputting an operation signal for turning on a relay 12 (S2). Then, the microcomputer is initialized (S3), and the supply path of the commercial power supply from the commercial power supply to a step-down transformer is formed via the relay 12 when a relay contact is turned on. After that, even if the door switch is being closed, power can be supplied to a control part for continued usage. Then, RAM information being stored at a storage part is read (S4) and is transferred to a RAM (S5).
