PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a user to simultaneously use plural individual information systems by permitting a synchronous data base to store time when the respective data bases transmit/receive recordings to/from the other data bases last so as to synchronize them. SOLUTION: A synchronous data base 255 which a global synchronous module 250 maintains has information on various recordings stored in respective data bases, the various recordings are copied from the data base to the other and it operates when they are transferred. The synchronous database 255 records entries for the respective recordings of the individual information data bases 215, 225 and 285 and stores time when the respective data bases send the recordings last to the other data bases and time when the respective data bases receive the recordings last from the other data bases. The synchronous data base 255 allocates individual recording identifiers to the individual data base recordings and therefore matching to the different data bases is kept.
