PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate a fixing seating ring, and to reduce a through port arranged in an installing surface by arranging an elastic body advancing/retreating on an inserting shaft by rotating an installing fixing part inserted into the through port and having the outer periphery swelling and deformable from the through port, and integrally arranging a collar part for sealing water by being sandwiched between a faucet and the installing surface in the elastic body. SOLUTION: A hydrant 1 and a water purifier faucet 30 installed on a counter 3 besides a conventional faucet 2 have an elastic body 18 and a fixing part 16 having a water supply passage required to be supported/fixed by the counter 3, and engage with a screw engaging member 17 arranged in the elastic body 18 by a screw arranged on the outer periphery of the fixing part 16. A collar part 19 arranged in the elastic body 18 prevents infiltration of water from an upper surface of the counter 3 by being sandwiched between a faucet side collar surface 20 and the counter 3, and prevents co-rotation of the elastic body 18 itself generated when screwing in the fixing part 16, and the screw engaging member 17 integrally fixed to the elastic body 18 operates so as to operate in the advancing/retreating direction of a shaft of the fixing part 16. Thus, since a through port arranged in an installing surface can be reduced, an existing through port is not expanded, and water delivery quantity is not impaired.
