PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end attachment fitting device capable of preventing the looseness of a screw with a simpler action. SOLUTION: This end attachment fitting device capable of moving hooks near to each other or apart from each other is provided with a fixed member 4 movable in the axial direction of a screw lever to interlock the rotation of the screw lever and the fixed member. A block 1 is axially provided with a space section 2 allowing the rotation of the fixed member 4 and a lock section 3 prohibiting the rotation of the fixed member 4. A spring 5 is provided between the fixed member 4 and the block 1, the fixed member 4 is moved to the space section 2 against the spring force when the end attachment is fitted or removed, and the fixed member 4 is returned to the lock section 3 by the spring force when the end attachment is fixed.
