PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil control device for reducing noises of a transmission, especially idle noises, by controlling lubricating oil level in a transmission housing in response to oil temperature so that the rotational resistance of the transmission can be settled. SOLUTION: An electronic control device 15 retains the rotational resistance of a transmission 2 to a set value by supplying lubricating oil by an oil pump 8 so as to set liquid level higher as oil temperature of lubricating oil getting higher in a transmission housing 3, which is detected by a temperature sensor 13. Hereupon, noises of the transmission 2, especially idle noises, can be reduced even though lubricating oil temperature is changed.
