PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sagging of an illumination lamp wiring by providing a long groove for locking the edge of a lighting cover on the inner wall of a housing part, and attachably and detachably providing a plate curved upward within the housing part to the long groove. SOLUTION: A long groove 5b for locking the edge 10a of a lighting cover 10 is formed on the downward opened housing part 5a formed on the lower surface of a handle frame 5. A synthetic resin plate 11 is attachably and detachably provided in the long groove 5b. The plate 11 has rigidity, such that it can be curved upward with a human hand when mounted on the long groove 5b.
