PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive film which can be produced in a uniform shape in a short time, enables the process in its use to be rationalized, and has a low elasticity and sufficient heat resistance, adhesiveness, and processibility by compounding an organopolysiloxane, a radiation sensitizer, and an alkoxysilane or its condensate of partial hydrolyzate. SOLUTION: The organopolysiloxane is represented by formula I. In formula I, each R1 is independently a 1-9C (substituted) monovalent hydrocarbon group; X is a group represented by formula II; and L is 8-10,000. In formula II, R2 is a 2-4C divalent hydrocarbon group or an oxygen atom; R3 is a 4-25C monovalent organic group having 1-3 (meth)acryloyl groups; R4 is a 1-9C (substituted) monovalent hydrocarbon group; R5 is a 1-18C monovalent hydrocarbon group; (n) is 1-3; and (m) is 0-2 provided 1<=n+m<=3. The alkoxysilane is represented by the formula: Si(OR6)4 (wherein R6 is lower alkyl). A composition comprising the three ingredients is formed into a film and subjected to radiation curing to give an adhesive silicone elastomer film. |
