PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibration of a metal board by so arranging it that the metal board is provided with a damping property, to prevent the inclination of a rotor by fixing a rotor support member, in such a way that a damping member made a viscoelastic resin is not sandwiched when the vibration is prevented, and to prevent a vibration caused by the inclination of the rotor. SOLUTION: A stator coil 5 and a rotor support member 9 are fixed to the surface of a metal board 1. In addition, a rotor magnet 8, which faces the stator coil 5, is supported by the rotor support member 9 so as to be freely rotatable. Then, a second metal plate 4 is pasted on the rear of the metal board 1 via a viscoelastic resin 3, and in a part in which the rotor support member 9 is fixed, the viscoelastic resin 3 and the second metal plate 4 are removed.
