PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain simplex radio equipment which repeats communication to other radio equipment without human intervention by expanding the usable range of the simplex radio equipment fixed to a vehicle, etc. SOLUTION: This simplex radio equipment having a transmitting and receiving means is provided with 1st simple radio equipment, which assigns a radio wave of 1st frequency having the simplex radio equipment and a radio wave of 2nd frequency different from this radio wave and sends and receives the radio wave of the 1st frequency and 2nd simplex radio equipment having a repeating function which sends and receives the radio wave of the 1st frequency sent and received by the 1st simplex radio equipment, converts the radio wave into a radio wave of the 2nd frequency, and sends and receives it, and a mixer, a modulation part, and a demodulation part which are incorporated in the repeating function and needed to repeat the radio wave of the 1st frequency and the radio wave of the 2nd frequency are used in common.
