DIGITAL DATA SLICING CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital data slicing circuit which does not depend on a high accuracy which is required for a constant current source. SOLUTION: This circuit is a digital slicing circuit handling a signal which is modulated so that the appearance of levels of an H and an L posterior to a slicing is the same probability and is provided with a comparator 1 comparing the level of the RF signal read out from a disk with the center of an ideal signal level, a means which samples the signal converted by the comparator 1 which an up-and-down counter circuit 2 in a random basis and integrates them and a means 3 feeding back the integrated result by the sampling to the level of the signal read out from the disk.
