PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by providing a push pin and a valve for performing switching operation for supplying/discharging fluid by a movement of a valve element in a valve mechanism for lifting a cylinder device of a bathing lifter, and constituting so as to perform switching operation of the valve element by pushing-in operation of the push pin. SOLUTION: Among a valve mechanism of a bathing lifter, a discharge valve 13 opens a plunger 30 from a back face of a poppet 27 by excitation of a coil 31 to communicate a back pressure chamber 29 with a passage 23 to reduce pressure of the back pressure chamber 29 up to almost atmospheric pressure. A spring chamber 34 is formed in a valve body 21 of this discharge valve 13, and a push pin 20 is installed in this spring chamber 34. When the push pin 20 is pushed in against a spring 37 when the poppet 27 abuts to an end part of a sleeve 25, the poppet 27 is forcedly opened from an end part of the sleeve 25 against a spring 39 to thereby allow a flow to the passage 23 from a passage 22 to lower a cylinder device.
