PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular freezing apparatus capable of easily and rapidly framing for a containment chamber and containing a sub-cooling heat exchanger in a compact fashion. SOLUTION: A vehicular freezing apparatus is adapted such that it includes a freezing machine unit 9 on which there are mounted an evaporator provided inside an evaporator house, an evaporator fan, condensers 15a, 15b, and a condenser fan 23 provided outside the evaporator house, and a refrigerant circuit that connects the foregoing members, wherein the freezing machine unit 9 is framed in a container chamber of a vehicle to cool the inside of the container chamber. In the vehicle freezing apparatus, the refrigerant circuit includes a sub-cooling heat exchanger 20 for exchanging heat between a low pressure side refrigerant and a high pressure side refrigerant. The sub-cooling heat exchanger 20 is anchored to the outside of the evaporator house located longitudinally of the condensers 15a, 15b in the vicinity thereof.
