PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stick even a thin-walled and limp film to an object beautifully without generating wrinkles. SOLUTION: A film sticking apparatus is equipped with a cutting and feeding means 20 cutting the label forming base material M comprising a thin-walled film supplied by a feed roller 10 while feeding the same to a first delivery position P2 to form a label, a label sticking means 40 sticking the label to an aluminum can C at a label sticking position P4 and a delivery drum 30 receiving the label cut from the label forming base material M by the cutting and feeding means 20 at the first delivery position P2 to deliver the same to the label sticking means 40 at a second delivery position P3. The delivery drum 30 has good slip properties on the outer peripheral surface thereof and delivers the leading end portion of the label to the sticking drum 41 of the label sticking means 40 by spraying air on the leading end portion of the label sucked and held to the outer peripheral surface toward the front in the moving direction of the label.
