PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide one-pack type moisture-curing urethane sealing materials, urethane resin compositions having a long-term storage stability by incorporating a Schiff base, and a latent curing agent such as an oxazolidine compound into a urethane prepolymer of an adhesive raw material base, and a process for preparing the same. SOLUTION: Urethane resin compositions are obtained by incorporating at least one compound selected from anα,β-unsaturated carboxyl compound in which the bound alkyl group has 8-20 carbon atoms or the portion corresponding to the alkyl group is a repeating structural unit of ethylene oxide or propylene oxide into an isocyanate-terminated urethane prepolymer having at least one compound selected from a Schiff base which does not cause mutual isomerization and an oxazolidine compound.
