PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of setting a threshold with a numerical value and to directly select, a picture element being an extraction object on a screen by extracting a picture element with a value obtained by adding and/or subtracting a prescribed value to/from a value related to a value showing the brightness of the picture element as a threshold range when the picture element is selected in a picture. SOLUTION: A picture input part 31 converts an analog Y value given from a camera 2 into a digital Y value and gives it to CPU 32. When a picture element being an extraction object is selected in a picture, the picture element is extracted with a value obtained by adding and/or subtracting a prescribed value to/from a value related to the Y value of the picture element as a threshold range. When a picture element different form the picture element is selected, a value obtained by adding on subtracting a prescribed value to/from a value related to the Y value of the picture element is operated. A gap between the value and the range which is previously set as the threshold range is filled if and a continuous range is newly operated as the threshold range. The picture element is extracted based on the threshold range. |
