PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing roller which can apply toner uniformly and is improved in the durability while maintaining the excellent property. SOLUTION: Relating to this developing roller provided with an elastic layer 2 composed of conductive polyurethane on a periphery of a core bar 1, the roller is integrally provided with sealing part 3 consisting of silicone rubber on both ends of the elastic layer 2. In the meantime, the conductive elastic layer 2 consists of the conductive polyurethane, and rubber hardness is 20 to 60 degrees (JIS A). Moreover, a sealing ring 3 consists of silicone rubber, or preferably HTV silicone rubber, and is arranged so that an outer peripheral plane become flush with the conductive elastic layer 2, and its rubber hardness is 20 to 60 degrees (JIS A). |
