PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the high strength, the excellent flexibility of a sheet and the excellent interlaminar adhesion between a fabric and a laminate layer by a method wherein the laminate layer made of a specified composition is formed on both the sides of a woven fabric, as the warp thread and weft thread of which a polyethylene split yarn is employed. SOLUTION: A laminate layer made of two kinds of compositions is formed on both the sides of a woven fabric, as the warp thread and weft thread of which a polyethylene split yarn is employed. As one of the compositions comprising the laminate layer, 50-90 wt.% of ethylene,α-olefin copolymer, which is produced by employing a metallocene catalyst and has a density of 0.890 g/cm3 or higher. As the other one of the composition, 10-50 wt.% of ethylene-(meth) acrylate alkyl ester copolymer. The polyethylene split yarn is obtained by splitting a flat yarn made of polyethylene. The flat yarn is produced by means of a water-cooling type T-die method. Thus, a sheet having a high strength and an excellent flexibility and an excellent interlaminar adhesion between the laminate layer and the woven fabric can be realized.
